Discovery Response Attorney (Lemon Law)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Discovery Response Attorney to support high-volume litigation matters with a strong focus on managing and responding to discovery requests. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is highly proficient with litigation technology.
The Discovery Response Attorney plays a critical role during the discovery phase of litigation, ensuring that all responses are timely, accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable rules and court orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and respond to all forms of discovery, including:
- Interrogatories
- Requests for Production
- Requests for Admission
- Collect, review, and organize documents and information relevant to discovery requests
- Draft and finalize formal discovery responses, objections, and verifications in compliance with procedural rules and deadlines
- Manage multiple discovery matters simultaneously and prioritize urgent versus important deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain responsive materials efficiently
- Identify improper or overly broad requests and assist with objections or negotiations regarding scope of discovery
- Support dispute resolution related to discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all discovery responses

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict discovery deadlines
- Strong Discovery Experience
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing discovery responses in litigation matters
- Tech-Savvy
- Proficiency with legal and document management tools, including:
- Salesforce
- iManage
- Adobe / PDF tools
Practice Area
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Compensation: up to 40 an hour
